During my time with Smile Donor, I co-founded and led the youth chapter of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting underserved communities in Arizona and India. I helped build the chapter from the ground up—developing fundraising campaigns, organizing events, and spearheading outreach strategies to increase visibility and donor engagement.

My leadership efforts included coordinating a partnership with Subway to distribute over 5,500 boxed meals during the COVID-19 pandemic and helping secure $5,000 in future funding through Amazon’s donation program. I also organized a community hike fundraiser that provided 200+ CUSD students with school materials and led to public recognition and award submissions for our team’s impact.

This experience strengthened my skills in grassroots marketing, community storytelling, and event logistics. It also deepened my passion for socially driven campaigns and showed me the power of collaboration in building meaningful change.
